Phonak Italia initially involved Layoutweb in the creation of the Italian version of their website (www.phonakpro.com) dedicated to the BtoB channel, a highly qualified and specialized audience, with the objective of presenting the group's vast range of products and numerous initiatives aimed at raising public awareness of problems linked to loss of hearing.
The collaboration between Layoutweb and Phonak continued with the activation of pay per click and display campaigns on the Google network, each dedicated to specific hearing issues and relative products. In addition, in order to gather and manage the leads generated by these activities, the agency structured software that, starting from the campaign landing pages, conveys the received leads onto a panel for redemption analysis in terms of appointments with the customer and purchases made.
Thanks to its pay per click and display campaigns, Phonak has generated a substantial number of leads, which it was able to share with its distributors, the Hearing Centres, for better customer retention. It also set up, particularly through display activity, intensive branding that enabled increased awareness of the trademark, which is less known to end users than other competitors in the Italian market.
