The 5-star hotel is one of the most elegant accommodations in Parma, located in the context of the Barilla Center, within a plan of industrial upgrading designed by Renzo Piano's Building Workshop in Paris. Next to the hotel, a short walk from the historic city centre, are some Made in Italy jewels such as Academia Barilla and the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma.Services:
With the total redesigning of Grand Hotel de la Ville's website, Layoutweb chose to bring online the contemporary style and sophisticated design that have made the structure famous together with maximum functionality for the user.
For this reason, plenty of room is given to the images, which are the result of an exclusive shoot organized locally by Layoutweb and created by professional photographer Fabrizio Cicconi.
Style and care to details emerge from every page of the new website, the realization of which has gone hand in hand with special attention to user experience: browsing between sections, users can find out about the details of the hotel, choose their stay and book directly on the site, from every page.
This is possible thanks to an online booking system entirely designed by Layoutweb's software engineers, allowing users to check the availability of hotel rooms by simply inserting the arrival and departure dates and the management of Grand Hotel de la Ville to manage simply and directly, even for every single day, the number and type of rooms to make available for the reservation and their rates.
Finally, Layoutweb provided the customer with a useful tool to assess their communication strategy: LayGuest platform.
Designed by Layoutweb, this tool - customisable for each client - measures and analyses the quality of the service, through the processing of the data provided by guests and their comments to a simple questionnaire. Data collected conveys in a panel where the hotel, through confidential and valuable statistics, can identify any flaw or further improve the offer.
The site, online in Italian and English, will soon be made available in German, French, Russian and Spanish, in order to provide complete and clear information to a growing segment of international users.
